Greatest Expectations CE Center Professional Organization has been established to provide adult continuing
education (classes & workshops) for United States professionals, to maintain their license as required by the state. Greatest
Expectations is licensed to teach/sponsor in the areas of cosmetology, nail tech., esthetic, and barbering. Our endeavor, is to
also gain sponsorship in the following professions: massage therapy, dietician/nutrition counselor, advanced practice
nurse, physical therapy and respiratory care therapy. We encourage health, wellness and beauty from the inside out. As a
charitable Organization, our goal is to service United States residents who are in a financial hardship or those who may loose
their license for lack of continuing education hours.
Our goal is to offer high school students programs that prepare them for higher learning in the field of cosmetology among
other professions and offer full scholarships to students who are seeking to become licensed professionals needing
continuing education hours through our Economic Hardship Scholarship Program in their chosen field.
We also provide continuing education hours to licensed professionals with our Economic Hardship Scholarship Program.
Our key focus is adding value to our target market segments, the artistic and trendy professionals in the hair and beauty
industry by concentrating on our organizations strengths. Greatest Expectations CE Center primary focus is to broaden
information highways with 21st century technology. Smart Cosmetologists, Barbers, Nail Technicians and Estheticians
who are computer hobbyists are looking to find quality courses with reliable means of obtaining their continuing education
hours. They are also looking for Hands On workshops that teach new and creative skills which will enable them to compete
in this diverse and ever changing industry.
The U.S. Department of Labor predicts overall employment of Barbers, Cosmetologists and other personal appearance
workers is projected to grow slightly faster than the average of all occupations. Opportunities for entry level workers
should be favorable, while job candidates at high-end establishments will face keen competition. The U.S.
Department of Labor also states, continued growth in the number of nail salons and full-service day spas will generate
numerous job openings for manicurists, pedicurists and skin care specialists. Employment of manicurists and pedicurists
will grow by 28 percent while employment of shampooers will increase by 13 percent. Estheticians and other skin care
specialists will see large gains in employment, in spas and some medical settings.
However, in these difficult economic times the beauty industry as a whole is expected to grow as more facial procedures to
improve one's complexion become available and more popular, high-end workshops/classes often seem out of reach for
many professionals but are needed. Our organization seeks to fulfill these needs and become the leader in continuing
education for professionals in the United States. Greatest Expectations provides conference hands-on workshops, online
and correspondence courses/testing, customized salon workshops, expo's all with total training and support from beginning
to end.
These programs can only be made possible by donation dollars. Our website has been established and is consistently being
developed and upgraded. Our website is our information platform. With proper funding we can move faster, more
efficiently and offer more scholarships. We want to get our message to the public by direct mailing, radio, cable TV,
brochure, newspapers and magazine ads. Once directed to our website, they can identify the advantages, the savings and
our commitment to quality education. AT GREATEST EXPECTATIONS, GET EDUCATION NOT JUST 'HOURS'.
We plan to make Scholarships available to more than 275,000 students and professionals in the 12 states requiring CE
hours. Greatest Expectations Not For Profit Organization will seek funding from grants, donations, and fundraising to
pursue this endeavor. This endeavor is a full-time commitment to us at Greatest Expectations. Greatest Expectations will
be in a position to help the government and businesses to combat community deterioration with Scholarships, to assist
economically depressed individuals maintain their license to continue to work legally. This will enable them to pay taxes to
help the community.
